You can place an order by mail, using a contact form, or calling us. All valves that are in stock are shipped within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment. All other valves are shipped according to an agreement with a customer. For special orders delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks.

We prefer SEPA money transfers (in Euros) or GBP international bank transfers. We also accept PayPal payments, however 4% of surcharge will be added to all PayPal payments.
All our prices include VAT.


All valves are shipped by DHL service with an insurance. Cost of the shipment depends on the destination and number of valves. Please contact us for details.


All our products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. Warranty period is defined in pricing options of each product.
Any problem with valves must be reported on e-mail in order to agree further steps. A defective valve must be then sent back to us, and a new replacement valve will be delivered for free.
